Entry level CW watchReview by RichieR
Bought this as a compliment to my MK1 C5 auto.
Firstly the watch wears big on the wrist, thanks mostly to the one piece white faced dial and the oversized crown wheel, this a 39mm case which looks like a 42 or even
44mm one, especially in daylight and looks far bigger than the 40mm Mk1.
The dial applications are spot on and enhanced by the sapphire crystal. The watch looks outstanding especially in indoor lighting, less so in daylight
Shame that the watch no longer has a deployment clasp or a quick release spring optíon.
Will use this as an everyday beater, nothing too heavy of course.
If anyone at Park St reads this, then how about something in this price range with a 34mm case?
Would I buy another Christopher Ward watch?
Of course I would
Very niceReview by Arthur
- Got it. IT really looks great! I fell in love to them from one first sight. The only problem i've got is that the second hand goes not on tick marks, after i accidently changed the date between 8pm and 2 am, But it's my fault. I can recommend the C5 MALVERN QUARTZ MK II as the starting model. I am looking forward to buy a new and more expensive model to my collection.
Just PerfectReview by rollo
This is my secind CW watch and it ouzes elegance and opulence. This is such a perfect, understated, classic dress watch. There are just not enough adjectives to describe this sumbline beauty.
