When it comes to breaking boundaries, the Sapphire Edge – available in both Blue, and White – is out on its own.
The sapphire bezel isn’t just lustrous, but also incredibly tough, and engineered to function at 300m underwater.
The Aquaflex luminous strap is constructed from FKM fluorocarbon rubber, and thanks to its luminous coating, delivers a neon-like glow after dark.
Made from lab-grown sapphire crystal machined to just 0.6mm, the dial lets you see the inner workings of Sellita’s 25-jewel SW300 automatic movement, (which boasts a power reserve of 56 hours).
The 42mm Light-catcher™ case is just 10.7mm thick, and thanks to its sapphire back, you’ll be able to see the other side of the movement.
Finally, 2 percent of the watch’s proceeds go to our ‘2 for GOOD’ campaign – which donates 2 percent of all Christopher Ward sales to our charity partners.

Powering the C60 Sapphire Edge is Sellita’s 25-jewel SW300 automatic movement, which boasts a power reserve of 56 hours. At 25.6mm in diameter and with a height of 3.6mm – one millimetre less than the SW200-1 – its thinner profile helped us reduce the case thickness and increase the watch’s wearability.
Sapphire
Inspired by Christopher Ward’s Aquitaine retro-dive watch, the C60 Sapphire Edge has a pure sapphire countdown bezel, which adds a refined sheen without compromising toughness. As with all our diving bezels, the Edge’s has been engineered for a satisfying click – and to function perfectly on diving ascents.
Power
Powering the C60 Sapphire Edge is Sellita’s 25-jewel SW300 automatic movement – visible through the sapphire case back. At 25.6mm in diameter and with a height of 3.6 mm – one millimetre less than the SW200-1 – its thinner profile helped us reduce the case thickness. The fact that it’s more accurate than its predecessor and has a power reserve of 56 hours is a bonus.
Lume
Say hello to our first luminous strap. The sculpted Aquaflex strap is made from ultra-tough FKM fluorocarbon rubber – coated with lume for low-light visibility. Meanwhile, the dial plays host to indexes and a handset filled with Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 BL C1, so you’ll always be able to tell time – from the darkest corners of the ocean to the depths of your favourite dive bar.
