C63 Sealander Extreme GMT

Introducing the C63 Sealander Extreme GMT: a watch that combines ultra-durability with hi-vis luminosity – and a design that’s impossible to ignore.

The lume comes from Globolight® – a revolutionary luminous ceramic created by Xenoprint. With the textured matte dial (available in two shades) as a canvas, the indexes, hands and twin-flags logo have been carved from this remarkable material – delivering the brightest lume ever seen in the Sealander collection.

As a GMT watch, power comes from the Sellita SW330-2 automatic movement – which not only lets you monitor two time zones at once but also delivers a power reserve of up to 56 hours.

In a first for Christopher Ward, the movement is secured within a rubberised movement mount, which works with the movement’s Incabloc system to absorb shocks while maintaining accuracy. A flexible ring links the mount to the outer case, allowing the movement and inner case to float independently for maximum protection.

At 41mm, the Light-catcher™ case isn’t shy, and combines a rugged aesthetic with anti-reflective, brushed surfaces. The matte-finished ceramic bezel is lightweight, scratch-resistant and features lume-filled numerals for international timing after dark.

The screw-secured caseback is adorned with a deep-stamped three-dimensional globe, its dome lifting subtly above the surface. Lugs feature distinctive circular brushing and bold proportions, while the bezel is enlarged for easy handling. A box sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating completes the design.

The Extreme GMT also introduces our V-Strap – our first-ever quick-release sports strap designed for serious action. Built from military-grade Cordura® in a bold two-piece construction, it features our signature 4mm taper for optimal wrist fit, a logo-etched metal fastening, and industrial-strength Velcro® that lets you strip it off in seconds.
