To cut a long story short

When we embarked on writing the description to the second-generation C63 Sealander GMT, we were faced with a problem. There were so many improvements and additions we couldn’t put them all in the description without it reading like a list.

“Why don’t you just write a list?” said a member of staff.

We stared out of the window for a bit. Someone coughed. Then we realised this was a genius idea.

So here they are…

Redesigned and slimmer Light-catcher™ case. NEW mid-case for a more rugged look. NEW conical crown with crown guards. Sapphire ‘exhibition’ caseback for a view of the movement. Reproportioned, larger bezel at a shallower angle for increased legibility. ‘Sealander’ logotype on the dial for the first time. NEW 42mm size. The debut of iLink™, a system that enables tool-free link adjustment on Bader and Consort™ bracelets. Also available on sporty rubber strap with Bader buckle. Available in classic Black, plus NEW Pistachio, Sky Blue and a warmer White.

Sellita SW330-2

Sellita SW330-2 is a movement that provides both superb accuracy and GMT timing. Just 4.1mm thick, the SW330-2 has 25 jewels and beats at a rate of 28,800 per hour with a power reserve of up to 56 hours. The central GMT hand can be set independently from the hour and seconds hands.

Finishing the movement is a new refined, skeletonised rotor: sandblasted beneath, with raised Christopher Ward text and a debossed twin-flags logo. Linear brushing across the upper surfaces contrasts with concentric circular brushing on the rotor weight – considered detailing, executed with precision.
