Sale Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply during Christopher Ward Sale periods:

Customers may purchase a maximum of five (5) watches per customer (determined by email address).

No more than two (2) units of the same watch model may be purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order that does not comply with these limits.

Sale items are non-exchangeable and may only be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy andapplicable consumer rights.

Sale COSC-certified models will be supplied without a COSC certificate.

All sale products are subject to availability and while stocks last.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange a refund.

Sale items are available exclusively through our website.

Sale items cannot be purchased via our Customer Care telephone line.

During sale periods, the following services are unavailable for all orders, including non-sale items:

Please allow up to four (4) additional business days beyond our standard dispatch times for order processing andshipment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers, discounts, and incentives cannot be combined with sale pricing.

The 3-for-2 Straps & Bracelets Offer cannot be used in conjunction with sale products or sale pricing.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
