The Christopher Ward Sale Terms & Conditions

During our Sale periods, customers may purchase a maximum of five watches per customer (defined by email address), with no more than two of the same model. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

Sale items cannot be exchanged. Sale COSC models will not receive a COSC certificate with their purchase.

Sale items are available exclusively online and in our Showrooms; and cannot be purchased via our customer service phone line.

Next-day delivery, priority shipping, gift notes, and gift wrapping are unavailable during the sale period, including non-sale items.

A Christopher Ward Nearly New watch is one that has been utilised for marketing purposes or displayed in our showroom but did not meet our rigorous quality control standards due to minor aesthetic imperfections. These imperfections might include very faint scratches on the caseback, which may not even be noticeable unless observed up close. While we don't classify it as a brand-new product, it is incredibly close to being so.

Please allow up to four additional business days for despatch on top of our standard despatch times. All stock is subject to availability.
