Classical education
British Watchmakers’ Day, hosted by the Alliance of British Watch and Clockmakers, is the most important day in UK horology. And for this year’s event on March 7th, our design team has created something very special – the C1 Loco 7326.
Limited to 10 pieces, this is The Loco in a Savile Row suit – dripping with classical design cues and the highest levels of hand-finishing. And yet, thanks to CW-003 it delivers a very modern six-day power reserve and chronometer timekeeping.
On the dial, the faceted, diamond-polished steel hands catch the light, while the new hand-finished bridges support the free-sprung balance and escape wheels.
Through the sapphire caseback, the crown wheel is exposed, drawing the eye deeper into the mechanism. The baseplate has a granular texture, offset by polished bevels and hand-finished in 2N gold plating.
The 41mm 904L steel case is fully polished, its flanks interrupted by a scalloped groove that adds definition and visual depth. This groove continues into the lugs, with each lug soldered to the case.
The watch is fitted to a custom fine Italian leather strap with red stitching, mirroring the red ‘XII’ found on the dial.

Designed to achieve the most symmetrical layout possible, the new, manually-wound CW-003 movement is unique to this watch. The winding works bridges have been redesigned and hand-finished to a superior standard. Built of no fewer than 138 individual components, the C1 Loco 7326 will stay running accurately for an incredible 144-hours (or six days) after winding, and with a timing tolerance of -0/+7 seconds per day. On the C1 Loco 7326 CW-003’s crown wheel and twin barrels are exposed through the sapphire caseback.
The domed, blue lacquered dial is the perfect canvas for the elegant white Roman numerals.
New 41mm Light-catcher™ case, crafted in 904L steel for increased lustre.
Hand-finished bridges support the free-sprung balance and escape wheels.
