60 day free returns

We hope that you’ll be happy with your watch from when you first try it on. However, should this not be the case you have 60 days to return it in perfect, unused condition (with its accompanying paperwork) to receive a replacement or full refund.

Funds will be refunded to your original payment method within approximately seven working days from when we acknowledge receipt of your return.

Please note: customers from Germany returning an order valued at more than €1,000 will be required to purchase an MRN from their local customs authority. We will be happy to refund this cost once the return is completed.

These steps relate to a second link that will appear once you have downloaded your return form. Here you will be asked to supply the following information:

  • Order Number. Please use the 6-digit order supplied on the invoice supplied in the box with your order. If you only have the web order number, you can still complete your return form via the ‘Lite version’ – please click here

  • Postcode or Email. It is advisable that you use your Email address
