We offer express services to most countries* which will ensure your order gets despatched the same day it is placed. All express orders that are placed after 14:00 GMT will be despatched the next working day. The timings outlined below are post-despatch.

We despatch within two working days of your order unless the package has been held for a particular reason, eg: engraving or interest-free credit. Please note: during peak trading periods delivery times may vary.

The countries excluded from worldwide express delivery, in addition to the countries where we do not ship are:

We use DPD in the UK as we believe they offer the best service available by providing:
We use either Royal Mail or DHL to deliver to areas that DPD do not service or have extensive coverage.
For all international orders we use DHL for standard and express, the price for worldwide express delivery is different depending on what currency you are using to pay for the service.
All delivery timings above are post-despatch, however up to 7 days may be added to this depending on customs procedures in your state/country. If you’ve paid for next-day or worldwide express delivery, your order will be despatched the same day.
* If your address is in a remote part of the United Kingdom – i.e. Highlands and Islands, then please add an extra day to the delivery times quoted.
For your peace of mind, all our products are fully insured by us and shipped on a signed for basis to confirm receipt.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive you ‘Order Despatch Confirmation’ email. Within that communication you’ll be able to directly track your order through our custom-built ‘Delivery Tracker’. If you want, you can also follow your order directly through the couriers’ own sites using your tracking number.
If it’s been several working days since your order confirmation, or you haven’t received one for an order you placed, please contact our customer support team or check your order history in your customer account where the status will be shown.
Please note that for some countries the extent of tracking is reduced. This is subject to the local providers in specific countries.

No. By law, we are required to state the correct selling price of the item purchased. If we under-declare this value, and if picked up by customs, both the sender and the recipient will be liable for fines.

We are able to ship to our customers serving in the British Forces and living at a BFPO address – ensure you have the correct BFPO number and/or the appropriate postcode, where necessary.
Although initially shipped via a Royal Mail service, please note that we are unable to provide any kind of tracking information for orders to BFPO addresses. Customers shipping to BFPO addresses are also entitled to have the VAT removed from their order.
If ordering over the phone with our customer support team, we can remove any VAT immediately.
If you have placed an order online, please get in touch with customer support, where we can have the VAT refunded back to you.
