Delivery

We provide free standard delivery on all orders, regardless of the destination. Whether you're ordering a single item or multiple products, there are no additional shipping charges.

For most countries, we offer express shipping, ensuring same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Below are the estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 1-2 days

Europe: 2-4 days

US & Rest of World: 3-5 days

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days unless there is a specific reason for delay, such as engraving or processing interest-free credit. Please be aware that during peak trading periods, delivery times may vary. Any extended delays, we’ll reach out to you.

The below countries are excluded from express delivery, including:

Comoros, Falklands, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Mayotte Island, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, St. Helena (S. Atlantic), Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Turkey.

Our delivery partners are DPD for UK orders and DHL for international shipments.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an 'Order Dispatch Confirmation' email with a tracking number. You can track your order using our custom-built ‘Delivery Tracker’ or directly on the courier’s website. If you experience any delays or issues, please contact our customer support team or check your order status in your customer account. Note that tracking capabilities may vary depending on the destination country’s local provider.

By law, we must declare the correct value of all items on international shipments. We cannot under-report the value, as this may result in fines for both the sender and recipient.

We deliver to most countries worldwide, except for the following:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Maldives, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Republic of Guinea/Guinea Bissau, Russia, Palestinian Territories, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

We proudly ship to BFPO addresses for our customers serving in the British Forces. Please ensure the correct BFPO number and postcode are provided. Although initially shipped via Royal Mail, tracking information is not available for BFPO addresses. Orders shipped to BFPO addresses are eligible for VAT removal. If you order by phone, VAT will be removed immediately. If you order online, please contact our customer support to arrange for a VAT refund.
