Frequently asked questions

April 2026 price rise

How much will prices actually increase on 2nd April?

Prices across our collection will increase from 2nd April, though the exact adjustment will vary slightly depending on the model. The changes reflect the rising cost of producing our watches while maintaining the quality, materials and finishing our customers expect.

Until midnight (GMT) on 1st April, all watches are still available at today’s prices.

If I order before 1st April but the watch ships later, will I still pay the current price?

Yes — if you place your order before midnight (GMT) on 1st April, you’ll secure the current price, even if your watch ships after the price change takes effect.

Why are the costs of making the watches increasing?

Like many manufacturers, we’ve seen a steady rise in the cost of materials, components and production over the past couple of years. We’ve held our prices since 2023, but to continue producing watches to the same standards, a price adjustment is now necessary.

Even with the change, we remain committed to our 3× pricing model, meaning the retail price is three times the cost of making the watch — ensuring our customers still receive exceptional value in the premium watch market.

What size leather strap or steel bracelet should I choose?

Standard-sized straps fit most people, and steel or mesh bracelets can be resized. Our quick-release mechanism makes changing straps easy. To ensure your bracelet fits:

    1. 1Wrap a piece of paper or string around your wrist and mark the overlap.
    2. 2Measure the length to the marked point.
    3. 3Before adding the product to your basket, choose 'Bracelet Resize' and select your wrist size.

What does ‘pre-order’ mean?

A pre-order means the watch is still in the manufacturing and/or QC process in Switzerland. The ‘pre-order date’ is when we expect it to be ready to ship to you.

Please note, you will be charged upfront.

    Pre-order dates are:

Middle of the month: up to the 15th

End of the month: up to the last working day

These dates reflect when the watch will be despatched from our UK HQ.

If any components of your order are on pre-order, the whole order will be held until all items are in stock.

Do you have a list of stockists?
