We are able to offer serial number requests on our limited-edition watches. Please contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist.
- 1Wrap a piece of paper or string around your wrist and mark the overlap.
- 2Measure the length to the marked point.
- 3Before adding the product to your basket, choose 'Bracelet Resize' and select your wrist size.
Standard-sized straps fit most people, and steel or mesh bracelets can be resized. Our quick-release mechanism makes changing straps easy. To ensure your bracelet fits:

A pre-order means the watch is still in the manufacturing and/or QC process in Switzerland. The ‘pre-order date’ is when we expect it to be ready to ship to you.
Please note, you will be charged upfront.
Pre-order dates are:
Beginning of the month: up to the 10th
Middle of the month: up to the 20th
End of the month: up to the last working day
These dates reflect when the watch will be despatched from our UK HQ.
If any components of your order are on pre-order, the whole order will be held until all items are in stock.
We only sell directly through our website. However, you can visit our showroom in Maidenhead to buy our watches.
Currently, we do not offer any generic promotional codes. Future codes will only be announced through our mailing list. We do not provide one-off, group, or repeat purchase discounts. We do offer discounts for members of the NHS and/or our Forces. Should you be applicable to this, please get in touch with our Customer Service team and they will be happy to assist in this.
