Are there any discount codes available?
We currently do not offer promotional codes. If any are released in the future, the only place to hear about any is through signing up to our mailing list.

We don’t offer one-off, group or repeat purchase discounts.

Can I request a serial number?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer serial number requests on our limited edition watches.

What size leather strap or steel bracelet should I choose?
Standard-sized straps fit the majority of people, and steel or mesh bracelets can be resized to suit most wrists. And thanks to our ingenious quick-release mechanism, changing a Christopher Ward strap is child’s play.

If you want to be sure that your bracelet fits straight out of the box, follow the steps below to measure your wrist:

  • Wrap a piece of paper or string around your wrist. At the point of overlap make a mark with a pen
  • Measure the length of paper to the marked point.

Then, just before adding the product to your basket, choose 'Bracelet Resize' and select your wrist size from the list.

What does ‘pre-order’ mean?
It means that this watch isn’t ready yet and is still under construction at our atelier in Switzerland. The ‘pre-order date’ is the date we expect it to be ready to ship to customers. You will be charged upfront for this purchase.

Pre-order dates are as follows:

  • Beginning of a month - up to the 10th of any month.
  • Middle of a month - up to the 20th of any month.
  • End of a month - up to the last working day of a month.
Please note, if any of the components of your purchase are on pre-order, the whole order will be held until all items are in stock.

Can I exchange my watch?

How do I return a watch to you?
We take returns via post only – we have no facility at 1, Park Street for managing returns. Information about how to return a watch is here.

If I ordered bracelet resizing, next-day delivery, and/or engraving, can I get a full refund?
You will receive a full refund, less the cost of any optional extra on the original order.
For example, if you buy a watch and we re-size the bracelet, and you then return it for a refund, you will receive the full value back minus the charge for resizing which is approximately £10/$15/€15.

Do you have a list of stockists?
We only sell directly through this website. But you can arrange a visit to our showroom in Maidenhead where you’ll be able to buy our watches.
