We offer a 60-day return period on all new watches purchased from our website/showrooms.
To qualify for a full refund, the watch must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging and paperwork. The protective film must still be in place, and there should be no signs of wear.
To ensure your return is eligible for a refund, please include the following items when sending the watch back:
Once received, the watch will be carefully assessed by our watch technicians. If we find any signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded accordingly.
If the watch is determined to be in worn condition, we will be unable to process a refund and will contact you to arrange the return of the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 14 days from when we acknowledge agreement of your return.
If returning an order valued at more than €1,000, you will need to purchase an MRN from your local customs authority. We will refund this cost once the return is completed. Please note, this must be requested by the customer and we are unable to support on this.

To qualify for an exchange, the watch must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original packaging and paperwork. The protective film must still be in place, and the watch must have no signs of wear. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following are included when returning the watch:
Once received, the watch will be assessed by our watch technicians. In cases where the watch shows any signs of wear and damage or it is diagnosed as worn, we will be unable to offer an exchange, and we will contact you to arrange return of the item.

You will receive a full refund minus the cost of any optional extras on the original order. For example, bracelet resizing costs approximately £10/$15/€15.
