60 day free returns

What is the return policy?

    We offer 60-day free returns. If you are not happy with your watch, you can return it in perfect, unused condition with all accompanying paperwork for a replacement or full refund. We understand you would want to try your watch on but please leave the protective packaging on the watch when doing so. Should the watch return damaged, we reserve the right to decrease the amount refunded to you.

How long does it take to process a refund?

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5-7 working days from when we acknowledge agreement of your return.

Is there any special note for German customers?

    If returning an order valued at more than €1,000, you will need to purchase an MRN from your local customs authority. We will refund this cost once the return is completed. Please note, this must be requested by the customer and we are unable to support on this.

What is the return process?
    1. 1Fill in the Return Form, located below.
    2. 2Return Arranged: Follow the steps in the link provided after downloading the return form.
      • Order Number: Use the 6-digit order number from your invoice. If you only have the web order number, you can complete the form via the 'Lite version' here.

        Postcode or Email: It's advisable to use your email address.

    3. 3Inspection at CW HQ: You will receive an email to advise your watch has been received at CWHQ. Your returned watch will be inspected upon arrival.
    4. 4Inspection Outcome Reported: We will inform you of the inspection results. If deemed in Nearly New condition (i.e. slight marks) we will email you a photo of the watch and an 80% refund will be issued.
    5. 5Refund Issued: The refund will be processed if applicable.

How will I know if my returned item has been received?

    We will notify you upon receiving your returned watch and keep you updated on the progress of your request. For any questions or if you've waited longer than 2 working days, please reach out to our customer support team.

Why do I need to get my watch serviced?

    Over time, lubricants in the watch can lose viscosity, causing erratic timing or stopping. We recommend servicing your watch every three to four years. Please note, by not doing this, it will not void your warranty.

If I ordered bracelet resizing, next-day delivery, and/or engraving, can I get a full refund?

    You will receive a full refund minus the cost of any optional extras on the original order. For example, bracelet resizing costs approximately £10/$15/€15.
