What the press say about
The Twelve

Frequently asked questions
on The Twelve and The Twelve (Ti)

Can I remove the bracelet links myself?
Yes. The bracelet is made up of 12 single-screw links that can easily be removed with a 1.4mm screwdriver. Or, if you choose the resize option when purchasing your watch, we can adjust the bracelet for you.

Does the integrated bracelet feature quick-release?
Yes, both The Twelve’s bracelet and rubber strap have the quick-release system.

Can The Twelve be engraved?
Yes, you can add this at checkout. The engraving will be on the outer part of the case back – to the side of the serial number.

Will The Twelve fit my wrist?
Watch sizing comes down to personal preference. However, on a bracelet or a rubber strap, we think The Twelve best fits those with a wrist diameter of 16cm and upwards. For those with wrists larger than 20.5cm in diameter, please contact the Customer Services team: they’ll arrange for extra links to be added to your watch.

Can I swap the movement in the stainless-steel models to the chronometer?
We do not condone the modification of our wristwatches. As stated in our T&Cs, any 3rd party modification will void the watch’s warranty. A wider range of dial options for each watch will be made available in the future.

What type of clasp/buckle is featured on the rubber strap?
The rubber strap features a buckle and tang in either stainless steel (The Twelve) or titanium (the Ti).

When will The Twelve next be available to purchase?
Due to the extraordinary demand for The Twelve, some versions may not be available immediately, but you’ll always be able to pre-order your watch. The availability dates for all models are on the product page and are regularly updated.

Will you be bringing out any further dial colours on The Twelve?
Yes. Watch this space!

Will you bring out a smaller case size?
Yes, a 36mm version of The Twelve will be launched later this year. Sign up to our newsletter to receive all the latest information on new releases.

Why can I no longer see the light-blue rubber strap on the website?
The light-blue rubber strap will be available to purchase on our website from September.

Can I view The Twelve range in-store?
Yes! But only at our showroom in Maidenhead, Berkshire (west of London). Click here to book your appointment.
