As with previous CW ‘ombré’ watches, the lacquered deep-brown dial gradually changes from light to dark toward the edge – without sacrificing legibility. The lume-filled handset delivers clarity and precision, while the ‘5N gold’ indexes – also filled with Super-LumiNova® – boast diamond-polished facets that catch the light. The date wheel at 6 o’clock is colour-matched to the dial, while the applied twin-flags logo – also in 5N gold – adds balance and depth.
At 42mm (and 11.5mm in height), the bronze Light-catcher™ case isn’t shy, but its intelligent design ensures it ‘wears’ smaller. And because it’s made from bronze – the original marine metal – it will patinante over time, ensuring it becomes as unique as its wearer.

Designed for those who demand the highest standards of timekeeping, this Swiss-made automatic movement has been officially designated as a ‘chronometer’ by the Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres.
This means it has a certified timing tolerance of just -4/+6 seconds per day in a variety of temperatures and positions, putting it in the top six per cent of Swiss-made watches for accuracy.
The movement boasts a date wheel, a 4Hz frequency (equating to a smooth eight ticks per second) and a 38-hour power reserve. It also has an in-built anti-shock system to maintain accuracy when faced with any sudden jolts.
Lacquered, shaded, perfected
Each dial is spun at high speed during the application of paint – a process which takes the shade from light to dark as you move away from the centre. Layers of lacquer are then applied to increase its lustre.

Applied with care
Both CW’s twin-flags logo, which represents the company’s English and Swiss arms, and the ‘5N gold’ indexes, have been applied to the dial – adding depth and balance.
